More About Me

James has lived in the City of Philadelphia and on the Mainline for two decades. A native  Pennsylvanian, he grew up in Lancaster, PA, and moved to New York, where he received a Masters degree in  Industrial Design from Pratt Institute while raising a young family in brownstone Brooklyn. Prior to starting a career in real estate, he worked as a designer for major consumer and cosmetics brands, creative agencies. and museums.  His love of architecture and design has led to his personal home renovation projects where he’s utilized his design, visualization, building and project management skills to create personal spaces. From loft living, to rowhouse living, to center hall colonial, or a rural farmhouse, James has lived in and renovated them all, and knows how to visualize the perfect home for you and your family.

James is the father of two adult children and lives in the historic Spring Garden section of Philadelphia with his wife and their two rescue dogs.  An active member of his community, in his spare time he can be found in the community garden, hiking with his wife and dogs, or visiting a local museum or farmers market.
