JAMES VAN METRE

James Van Metre, a native Pennsylvanian, has spent two decades in Philadelphia and the Mainline, bringing a wealth of experience in architecture and design. With a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and a background in designing for major brands and museums, James has a keen eye for home renovation. He has lived in and renovated various types of homes, from lofts to farmhouses, and excels at visualizing the perfect home for his clients. Residing in the historic Spring Garden section of Philadelphia with his wife and two rescue dogs, James is an active community member who enjoys gardening, hiking, and exploring local museums and farmers markets.
